Everything was perfect in Escama. Décoration, service and most important GF FOOD ! It is a gourmet restaurant, dishes are well designed with quality ingredients. I was with my boyfriend, we had as starters : olives and seagrass, oysters, tuna lightly cooked with caramelized onions, aubergine's salad with cashew nuts and cheese. Main dishes were : monkfish on beans with fennel sauce and gamberoni, and the "perfect choice" turbot fish with truffle potatoes mousse topinambour purée mushrooms and hazelnuts. The very plus was a offered surprise dessert made on purpose for us GF : a white chocolate caramelized with some green apples and ice cream and I don't know exactly what but it was a true delicious mix of textures and flavors 😋 I think that we can trust them on the GF. It is on the menu and you have more than the 50% of the carte GF. The garçon was well-informed and very friendly, he helped with wines and make us choose and taste some specialties. A big thank to Escama for the perfect dinner :)
