Our waiter was very knowledgeable, and asked the chef for more details when he wasn’t sure. The menu is clearly marked for gluten-free, things that can be made gluten-free, as well as vegetarian and vegan options. The waiter stated that the chips are made in a shared fryer, but also stated that one of the chefs has Celiac and knows what he’s doing regarding cross-contamination. Apparently they fry them hot enough to the point where it breaks down the gluten?...this was the first I’ve heard of this, but I tried them anyways and felt totally fine.I had the quinoa and black bean salad for my entree. Portion sizes are big. The food was very tasty and I would go back again!
