Staff was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac & cross contamination. My mom & I enjoyed the prosciutto & melon appetizer (delicious!) & split 2 pasta courses; gnocchi with bolognese & ravioli with tomato sauce. Their pastas are hand made in house in a separate section, using separate cooking tools, water, & sauce (all info I received when I called for my reservation). They were delicious, just needed a touch more salt for my liking. For dessert, I had the budino, which is like a dark chocolate mousse/pudding with hazelnuts & chocolate chunks on top. The whole meal & experience was phenomenal!
