Review of Evel Pie

Holy crap this was the best GF pizza I have ever had, by leaps and bounds. I loved the atmosphere, the staff were friendly and we got great service. Pretty much my highlight in Vegas except for the concert I attended. A GF pan pizza?!? Heaven. Crispy outside, soft doughy interior, crispy pepperoni...ug, good thing there isn't one where Iive!!!

I'm not Celiac, just GF intolerant, but it didn't mess up my belly at all. I have no idea about cross-contamination measures, didn't ask. 1000 times better than Pieology in MGM Grand though. That one was waaaaay dicey.
