We were surprised to see this Restaurant only had one previous rating as they are the best GF higher end place on island. The Chef is a genius and his menu contains one masterpiece after another....the mussels appetizer is a gamechanger. The staff is so helpful and our servers Abbey and Creagh could not have done a better job....Abbey is an expert on allergies and made superb recommendations for every course. Ryan and Chef Thomas, fly fresh, never frozen, fish in from the northeast for specials and they are magnificant. Did I say Chef Thomas is a genius? Try the short Ribs, you'll never have them this tender any where else on the globe. The pork chop was actually more like a full tenderloin...incredible...simply the best place to eat on island...so glad we went two times in one week.
