Review of Extreme Pizza

It's hard enough to find anything GF in rural Sussex County so I was skeptical when I heard this place opened and promoted it's GF menu. When we got there, the kid at the register didn't know much about the GF process so he brought out the manager who explained that GF pizzas are prepared in a separate area and cooked in a pan (I think he called it a wok) but in the same oven as regular food. That satisfied my concerns so I ordered a plain pizza. GF pies are only available in 12" which is good for two people. But the thing was so good I scoffed the whole thing down. I had been waiting month to find GF pizza and was pleasantly surprised. The crust was think but light and kinda airy. Delicious. The place is attached to Space Farms zoo so we'll be back a lot with the kids. This will be a new favorite place for me.
