My whole family went because of the GF menu. It would be nice if the single GF item came out marked some way. This is a cheap request given we wouldn’t have even come here if you weren’t a GF restaurant. The person that brought it did not speak English so that made me anxious that I could not confirm my order was GF and I had ordered French toast so it was important to confirm because it was super risky if not right. BUT! The food was good and I will come back next time I’m in town. Thanks for being gluten free!
Staff were able to accommodate and were very helpful when I asked about ingredients in their GF wraps (Lunch Menu). I said it is an allergy and the chef had no issue with cleaning off an area and using different equipment. Better to come earlier in the day to avoid crowds and the risk cross-contamination that comes with a busy business.
My experience here was amazing. Ordered GF pancakes, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and turkey sausage. No reaction from eating here, please note the restaurant isn't fully gluten-free.
Wait staff is super friendly & willing to check on multiple allergies. GF bread is locally made & only a $0.50 up charge with your meal (not $3 side price). They had a gf burrito which I don’t see often. It is a “rotating server” so you have multiple ppl helping throughout the meal. They do have an espresso machine but only flavor is hazelnut.
The staff was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to ask the kitchen which adjustments could be made. I ended up going with the stuffed French toast with strawberries and cream cheese. They put two allergy warnings on my ticket which was awesome. The Wake Up coffee cocktail was wonderful.
This place was amazing. SO many options for gluten free. French Toast, Pancakes, Waffles, 3 kinds of toast, and wraps…. mostly anything on the menu can be made gluten free. Mike was so so kind and knew a so much about the gluten free items. SOLID OPTION and a fantastic go-to.
Had the gluten-free waffle that is supposed to come with powdered sugar and fruit compote. I ordered this through Postmates, and since it was being delivered I asked for the fruit to be on the side. The fruit did come on the side however it was a very sparse amount of fruit. The waffle was decent, had a bit of an odd aftertaste. If you order turkey bacon be sure to ask for it to be well done as mine was very soggy/sloppy.
The menu has a disclaimer that they cook food in the same area as other food and they are just gluten-friendly. We were about to leave when the waitress came to our table. She said they would clean the surfaces and utensils used to limit contamination. We stayed and ordered the gluten free pancakes and French toast. Both were excellent and we are feeling fine.
The gluten free pancakes were the best we’ve ever had. They also offer GF French toast & GF waffles. We are not celiac so not sure if it’s 100% celiac friendly, but staff was fully aware of Gf needs
I ate here for breakfast. Yes, this restaurant had gluten free breakfast options- gluten free French toast, white/multigrain and cinnamon raisin toast and pancakes. While this is more than most, I was disappointed and frustrated because the French toast and pancakes both contained dairy in the batter. The breakfast potatoes were covered in butter. As I know a lot of people with gluten issues have dairy issues too, I wanted to mention this. Also, the restaurant felt like a chain. It was very plain and cheap feeling. Not a great cozy breakfast/brunch spot. However, they did have gluten free options for breakfast.
ever since going gluten-free, I really have missed a good Reuben sandwich. I was so excited to go out to this restaurant when my husband asked me to lunch and saw how many options there were on the menu not just a plain old salad. I even saw that they had gluten-free wraps, maybe next time I will have that.
