Very disappointing. We made a special trip to this part of SF to try this restaurant. It was a Wednesday, late morning, so we weren’t expecting the chaotic scene we encountered. There was only one employee working (perhaps the owner?) and she was beyond harried, approaching complete meltdown. She was barking at customers and preparing food in such a frenetic way that everyone present either felt sorry for her and apologetic for being there, or was angry at having waited for a long time for service. We waited at a table for 15 minutes, with a view of the kitchen. I could tell we wouldn’t enjoy our time there, and I began to doubt that she could create a safe meal for me, so we left for Milkbean, which is less than 2 blocks away. (No patio at Milkbean, but well-staffed, Celiac safe, and they WANTED our business, unlike Farm: Table.)
