Last time I went the ticket said GLUTEN FREE and they gave me regular dough and I didn't notice till AFTER I took the first bite! I was sooo sick for such a long time. They supposedly sent me hm with a totally gluten free pizza for messing up my order and even that one made me sick :(

If I could give 0 stars I would. I spent 10 minutes talking to them about celiac and cross contamination and they brought me a regular pizza. I had finished a slice before the waiter came over and told me about the mistake. They then tried to make me pay for the pizza. I was sick for a month.

I got sick maybe 15 minutes after eating there. I had to stop the car and have my friend drive while I ran out to use a bars bathroom. I will not be going again

Gluten-free crust from Still Riding Pizza
I ordered a gluten free pizza and hadn't eaten all day. When I got it I immediately started eating because I was starving. After two pieces I realized that they had given me a normal crust instead of gluten free. I got so sick. Seriously the WORST place and clearly don't care about food allergies.
No
got sick and food was gross. I didn't even eat it.
I had the GF chicken pasta, it was very good. they also had good knowledge about GF options. I did not get sick.
Went here 3 days ago and even though the menu said gluten free there was a cross contamination issue. For pretty sick

A friend said her cousin with celiac came here all the time when we visited, and my dad knew a coworker who assured me it was safe. Sure enough, I said “gluten free crust” and had barely started the “celiac means no contamination” speech when the waitress told me she could mark it as specifically celiac and it would get the attention it needed! Sure enough, good pizza and no reaction. My needs were very well seen at this location. Online ordering worked great, as well.

After safely visiting the Ruston location for lunch last month, we stopped into the Silverdale location last week. It was a bit busier than our visit to Ruston, but the server was still knowledgeable and I was able to get a custom GF pizza and have no reaction afterward. I tried the herbed olive oil instead of the red sauce and I think I'll go back to original--the cauliflower crust was too overpowering without the red sauce to cover it up. (It was a nice crispy crust though.) No reaction afterward--we'll be back again.

We met up with friends for lunch a couple weeks ago after the Stack 571 nearby decided to open later than Google Maps said they'd open. It was a good swap though--we were the only patrons in the place for most of our time there and had an awesome server who knew all about Celiac disease, how everything was prepared, how safe it would be. (She said they prepared the pizzas in a separate part of the kitchen with separate utensils/trays. She even moved the pizza stand for our friends' gluten-containing pizza as far away from me as it would reasonably go to avoid any crumbs heading my direction. Very thoughtful.) I didn't have a reaction afterward and the pizza was great, esp. for a caulipower crust, which aren't my favorite. We'll definitely be back!

My son and his family love the regular pizza here so I was glad to see they offer a gluten free cauliflower crust so I could join them. As far as gluten free pizza goes, it was about average. They are knowledgeable about gluten and try to avoid cross contamination.
