This place is amazing. Dina (the owner) waited on us, and I immediately knew I'd be safe. When I said "allergy" she thanked me and said they would change gloves and clean equipment. She also said that while they usually have a dedicated gf fryer, she accidentally put something breaded in there earlier so it is not safe today. That kind of forthright warning is a sign that they really get it.
To make it all even better, the food is amazing! Dina told me they make their own ghee in shop. She is clearly proud of this restaurant. Take everyone you know and like here - you won't be sorry.
wow! the staff is very knowledgeable/kind/helpful/understanding. the owner stopped by my table and we had a conversation about how nice it is to have gluten free options! the food is great and the staff is great. highly encourage. (also separate fryer for falafel is used). avoid the rice and substitute in potatoes (there will be prompts along the way as you order, everything is very user friendly)
