Great breakfast today! Had the gluten free raisin bread French toast. It was served with strawberries, blueberries, and syrup. There is an option to add 2 eggs and bacon which I did because a meal of just carbs would put me to sleep. My dining companion had eggs, bacon, and potatoes. I tried the potatoes and they were perfectly crispy and delicious. Highly recommended them.

The gluten free food here is amazingly fresh and delicious! We ate there twice during a recent trip to San Diego. The server was knowledgeable about Celiac and I felt safe eating the food and never got sick. I had an omelet and a turkey sandwich. The only issue is that they are very busy and there is often a long wait for a table.

Had a wonderful lunch here. I had a turkey sandwich on a whole grain toasted gluten free bread which was delicious. The fries are GF from a dedicated fryer. The servers were very helpful and attentive. Live out of town, but wish I could come back for the GF cinnamon bread French toast.

We visited San Diego 7 years ago and this was on my list of top places to make it back to hem we came back in 2022. We came back twice in our visit this time. The food is always delicious and everything is marked on the menu for gluten free. I got the breakfast sandwich and then the traditional benedict. I love this place. Best cold brew ever!

This restaurant has a decent number of gluten-free options. The French toast was solid. We got the American breakfast as well. They told us that the potatoes aren't celiac safe because they are cooked to close to the gluten products. I asked because the potatoes aren't listed as gluten-free on the sides menu but the American breakfast is listed as gluten-free without a note about the potatoes. Otherwise the food was good. My celiac son did not get sick.

Good food, nice staff but still got sick. I’m as very clear with the server but I just don’t think the kitchen takes it as seriously as they should.

Had a great chicken club sandwich and truffle fries. I was skeptical of the fries, asked about them 3 x’s, nothing fried on the menu so I ate them. Yum!!!

I had a sandwich with a side salad. It was so good I questioned whether or not the bread was gf. I am a super sensitive Celiac and I didn’t get sick. Definitely will eat here again!

amazing gluten free French toast with a side of bacon. Did not get sick and I’m super sensitive. Highly Recommend 😋

Had the shrimp mango salad for lunch one day at Liberty Station, then the GF french toast with cinnamon sugar apples in the Hillcrest area. Fantastic food and I didn't have a reaction. Staff was extremely helpful at both sites with double checking to help me avoid allergens. Highly recommend!

Ate here twice during our trip. Had GF French Toast both times and the Bananas Foster was my absolute favorite. My family enjoyed their nonGF pancakes and eggs sandwiches, too.
Love the breakfast and dinner menus here. Staff is helpful. Food is so good: I did like brunch better than dinner. Try the fig jam and ricotta stuffed French toast... so good!

The waitress was awesome when it came time to order. She did tell Is that there can be some cross contamination with the breakfast potatoes so we just subbed them for fruit. The GF fig tree French toad was delish!!
no words to describe what's is supposed to be gluten-free.

Amazing GF raisin bread French toast!!!
Fantastic! Had the traditional eggs benedict with gluten-free toast and potatoes. I will eat here again next time I'm in town.
Horrible experience! They offer gf french toast, yet they dip in the same batter as the regular bread. My waitress didn't even tell me this, even after I told her I had an allergy and was Celiac. Then....I learned that their pizza is gluten free, but made in the same pan/oven as the regular pizza. So, if you're highly allergic...don't go.

The GF french toast is DELICIOUS!!!

Was surprised with all the choices I had. Had a new menu item "Border Bowl" with beef and cheddar cheese. It was amazing!! Hubby had the crab sandwich and thought it was awesome. It's made with real crab meat so really tasty. It's GF but don't guarantee against cross contamination. Even the fries are GF.

Great GF options. Were very quick, but a smidge pricey. Food was good but not great. I'd go back for sure, but just wanted to justify the 4 star rating.

love Fig Tree Gluten free options. They use Deanna's Gluten free bread, so tastey.

Most delicious gluten free French toast I've ever had. And a multitude of gf options. Nice outdoor patio. Only downside is the single (kind of run down) bathroom.
