NOTE: it’s only a retail store on Saturdays from 10-2. The rest of the time it’s a wholesale operation and you can’t just walk in. There is no sign over the door, just an roadside sign on Saturday mornings when their doors are open to walk-ins. Get there early because it sells out FAST. I’ve tried the bread (dense and a little crumbly), cakes (super good), and pie (just ok, made with coconut so the crust has a strong coconut flavour). Really nice people.

I tried this place when it first opened and had their bread. I really wasn't a fan. Then a friend told me that they have since changed their bread recipe and offered me half of her sandwich. It was delicious! Soft and moist with no crumbling. Can this be the end to brick like consistency in bread? I hope so!
