I dined here in 2018. Most of their sushi options were battered or otherwise had gluten-containing ingredients, so my options were limited, but my date and I were able to share 4 different rolls with minimal substitutions. The waitress was very aware of the fact that I could not have soy sauce, imitation crab, or masago. When asked about whether a certain roll could be modified to be GF, she knew exactly how it was made and apologized that it would not be safe for me to eat even with modifications. She brought tamari to the table without me asking and overall was very well-informed and patient when answering my questions. Best of all, I didn’t get sick!

Horrible! My friend and I got glutened here. Waitress had no idea what gluten was, and even when I explained that we couldn’t have flour or wheat, she assured us that the crunchy filling of our spicy salmon rolls did not contain flour or wheat. The miso soup also contained wheat but she confidently stated that it was gluten free. Please educate your waiters on common allergies please.. this was not a good experience at al

Gluten free soy sauce, but you have to ask. Allergens not labeled on the menu, but they seemed confident with my questions. Ordered sushi and felt fine.
