Celiac I was very impressed by how serious Firebirds was about food intolerances and allergies. When I asked the waitress about gluten free and dairy free option, she went to get the manager, who was very knowledgeable. The manager, in turn, went to talk to the chef twice to verify that both ingredients and cross-contamination opportunities were address. I felt safe eating here. I had the salmon salad with salt and pepper for seasoning, without the pecans (which had gluten). It was very good. The service was also good, despite the crowded restaurant.
