Amazing experience. Alex took great care of us and my gluten allergy. (Celiac) he was very knowledgeable and helpful. Great vibe and atmosphere all around. I had the aged ribeye and the bacon deviled eggs. The deviled eggs are a bit spicy but still great. And the steak was sooo good! Added that garlic butter too the steak as well. My wife had the baby back ribs, also GF and tasty. Meat fell right off the bone. If your going to this location at night, ask for Alex.

Celiac I was very impressed by how serious Firebirds was about food intolerances and allergies. When I asked the waitress about gluten free and dairy free option, she went to get the manager, who was very knowledgeable. The manager, in turn, went to talk to the chef twice to verify that both ingredients and cross-contamination opportunities were address. I felt safe eating here. I had the salmon salad with salt and pepper for seasoning, without the pecans (which had gluten). It was very good. The service was also good, despite the crowded restaurant.

Have eaten here several times and I am always impressed by the wait staff, kitchen & managers. They always check with me about certain items or if a preparation is ok. One time I was there, I ordered grilled shrimp & the kitchen wanted to know if I wanted it pan fried because they were concerned about cross-contamination from the grill. Yesterday, I ordered grilled chicken breast. The waitress came & asked if tenders were OK & I said fine. Then the manager came & explained that the chicken is marinated in buttermilk which would have been an issue for my dairy allergy, and that is why they switched it to the tenders that are not marinated. Always GREAT food and AMAZING service!!!
Great experience! Food on the menu that can be prepared GF is clearly marked. No ill effects hours after my meal. Would definitely go back!

Told the server I had celiacs and she told me what on the menu would be GF and told me she would pass on my allergy to the kitchen. Sadly there is no GF desserts and not a separate menu just items designated on the regular menu that can be made GF. Overall good experience!

Had steak salad. Was cooked without exposure to gf items. Even told me the starter spinach artichoke dip chips are flour based. Fyi for others that like that dip. Waitress respected my allergy, I would recommend as a date nite. Or brunch option.

Sensitive Celiac. Ate there in February to celebrate 3 birthday’s, with a large group, on a Saturday. The manager went over the top accommodating my gluten intolerance. Very knowledgeable about gluten free. Many options. My food was amazing, as was everyone else’s. No issues. Headed back again, with same group, Sunday after church to celebrate another birthday!
