Staff took huge precautions by changing gloves, getting fresh ingredients from under the prep area and serving the pizza uncut. They seemed very aware and accommodating. BUT, I still got sick. I think in an environment like that where it's open air and there's wheat flour in the air and all over prep surfaces, it's probably almost impossible to avoid CC. I appreciate the efforts made and for those who are eating GF by choice or NCGS it's probably fine. But for this celiac, sadly I won't be back.
