Review of Firecrust Neapolitan Pizzeria

GF crust and when the folks making your pizza are aware you have celiac, gloves for food handling are changed and sauce and other toppings are brought from the back or under the counter to avoid "double-dipping"/ cross-contamination. I felt safe and confident. And the pizza was very good. Standard commercial GF pizza crust (we all know what that means). But great topping options. Even vegan mozzarella.
