TLDR: Not safe for celiacs.
My partner and I stopped by here last night before checking out the fireworks at English Bay. I had the GF margherita, which was decidedly ok. The crust wasn’t too chewy or dry and the flavour was alright. But I did not feel like it was a celiac friendly place. They did have a separate wooden paddle to build the pizza on, but it goes in the oven at the same place regular pizzas have been sitting. Then it was removed using the same metal paddle as the regular pizzas. I wasn’t able to watch them make the pizza, so I’m not sure if they changed gloves.
