The head chef and the owners children all have celiac. I've never felt safer dining anywhere since dx. The staff is incredible and mostly women...And I do love a lady-ran business! Everything was delicious. I had the short ribs, good size portion (rare in sf), the sauce (!) I don't know how you make sauce that good with no flour, and the meat was tender and flavorful.
