Review of Firehole Bar-B-Que Co.

Restaurant staff was great - changed gloves, knives and cutting board. Additionally, they mentioned that the pulled pork could be cross contaminated because they make sandwiches near the pork. I ordered a loaded potato with brisket and it was phenomenal! They even got a new brisket to cut with the clean knife.
