Review of Firehouse Subs

This place is the best about cross contamination and ensuring everything is gluten free. When requesting a gluten free bun at the counter they ask if it is an allergy or a preference. For a gluten allergy they use different gloves and often the sandwiches are uncut as they don’t want to cross contaminate with the gluten Sandwiches. Awesome place I definitely recommend.
