Made in a facility with non gluten free foods, however the staff went to great measures to minimise cross contamination. The lettuce was sourced from a new bag to avoid gluten crumbs. Gluten free by ingredient Mayonnaise was provided in a separate pouch. The bread roll was delicious and a medium size filled with their recommendation of Turkey Bacon Ranch. Very tasty meal.

Ate there twice (so far!) Didn't get glutened, but as they offer other products that do contain they won't guarantee a gluten free experience. I got the Veggie, and both times it was fantastic, the roll is so good. Best G.F sub I've ever had!

We picked up dinner here on our way back into the park one evening. I'd never eaten Firehouse subs before, but had heard great things from Gluten free IG influencers. I was excited to try and was not disappointed! This was the best GF bun/roll that I've ever had! I like that they label the items, so there's no guessing which sandwich belongs to who. Can't wait to eat again at one locally. Wish there was one closer in my area.

When they have the GF bun it is a great option for something fast. If you ask they will put foil on the toaster and change gloves etc. they mark the GF items too.

Gluten free bread was delicious! So fluffy and tasted “normal” instead of dense and chemically. It was a bit smaller than the other “medium” subs in the order but I didn’t care because it was the closest to real bread I’ve found in a while. I didn’t watch them make it so I don’t fully know about cross contamination but I did get mustard and mayo packets on the side instead of it being included and my sub was wrapped in foil separately and differently than the rest of the order.

Had a great experience at Firehouse Subs. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten cross contact and explained all their precautions to me. They even knew that the pickles should be avoided. I got the turkey with melted cheese on top and their standard Shar hoagie roll. Delicious!
They have solid allergy protocols (using fresh containers, changing gloves, toasting on foil). The cashier said that all of the toppings are GF, but I played it safe (she didn’t seem 100% certain, and things like meatballs are a red flag). I played it safe and had a turkey sub. It was fine, but not worth the $18 it cost.
