I had a great experience at Fireside. Their menu is clearly marked with GF options. All salads can be modified GF, they have GF pasta, and their GF pizza crust seemed homemade in the best way. It was one of the best crusts I’ve ever had. Plus, the ingredients seemed so fresh and the sauce appears to be homemade too. I genuinely cannot recommend them enough for those who are gluten intolerant.

Had an amazing lunch here over the weekend! They are super knowledgeable about celiac and take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I had a GF pizza and the Greek salad. Would definitely recommend!

We ate there three nights. My Daughter is celiac and I am intolerant. We safely ate here all times. The wait staff was knowledgeable and the first night, our pizza was delayed because they cut it on the wrong board and they had to remake it. We gladly waited for our pizza. Best crust ever! Akin to foccacia the first night. A bit more cooked the second night. We did not get sick. Thank you!

Wow! Best gluten free pizza I have ever had. I said I have celiac disease and they assured me that they have extensive protocol with allergies. A separate waiter even brought out my GF pizza after the gluten pizzas were put on the table to avoid cross contamination during serving, which was awesome

Amazing place for Celiacs! My daughter forgot to tell them she had Celiac when ordering a GF pizza since she has eaten there before but when she mentioned it when they brought her order out, they told her that it wasn’t safe for her since they used the same cutting board as the wheat pizzas and offered to remake the pizza for her. Great pizza but even more amazing service and care for Celiacs!

This is the best gf pizza I have had. So good we had to go back 2 days later. Good for takeout or eat in. Great service. Overall amazing.

Delicious safe pizza and pasta (ask to be boiled in separate water). Lots of options with the gf crust like spinach and artichoke dip, wings, garlic “bread”. Only complaint was the pasta was very broken.

Updated 8/22: still having safe visits and one of may daughters is the true test - she gets sick at the smallest molecule. Had a great gf pizza yesterday and all do the staff members were really helpful. They understand cross-contamination. My 2 daughters have celiac and will react to the smallest amount of gluten. We ate here twice in 2 days and they had no reaction! They loved the GF pasta and my habana and I had a phenomenal pizza. I feel safe here and it tasted wonderful. The staff have me confidence in their understanding of celiac

We were here on vacation and found this pizza place. Everyone was so nice and accommodating, assuring us they would do everything they could. They have special precautions in order to not cross contaminate. And the best part was it was it was the best gluten-free pizza I’ve ever had. No reaction whatsoever. I’m super sensitive. We had the pear and walnut salad also, just amazing! A little pricey, but so so good!!! It’s in the Village, so super cute area.

We’re pretty picky and have tried dozens of places, but this was the best GF crust we’ve had. Not soggy and not paper thin. Nice chew and excellent flavor.

First time in Squaw Valley and we were thrilled with this restaurant. The server went to talk to the chef and confirmed that the GF pasta was cooked in separate water. Such a relief to have this family-friendly option for my daughter with celiac disease.

Love this place -- have never gotten gluten'd here, AND the pizza tastes amazing.

The simple side salad was also safe, BUT the server wasn't attentive and brought my side salad *with croutons* the first time. Rectified it, though.

So, my advice is to do the usual thing and mention the gluten-free necessity at least 2 times during the ordering process (3 is better; people just don't care sufficiently for other human beings' health unless reminded).

Tried it two times in one week. Staff very familiar with Celiac and made us feel comfortable. The GF pizza crust is awesome. One of the best in the Tahoe area for Celiac people.

I was hot, tired and hungry after a long hike and Fireside Pizza was very convenient from the trail. I had the Mediterranean Pizza and the gf brownie. Both were really good and I never got sick. They said the gf brownie is better than the regular brownie. It was pretty fantastic. I'm fairly sensitive to gluten as a Celiac so is say it's pretty safe.

Amazing Gluten Free Pizza!

Very good GF pizza! Located in the heart of Squaw Valley.

Great kid friendly place. Pizza was great. Pasta was kind of weird- quinoa spaghetti cut up really small. Wasnt crazy about the ravioli sauce on the gf pasta...too spicy, but the classic tomato basil was good. And they finally got omission pale ale!
