The server we had was super helpful in checking ingredients. I think you can get their sandwiches and burgers wrapped in lettuce. I got a salad though, Cobb salad was so good. All their dressings are gluten free except for the Asian dressing. And our waitress said the fries have their own fryer but can’t guarantee no cross contamination. Barbecue sauce is also gluten free. I did NOT feel sick afterwards!
The waitstaff was extremely helpful and kind. They tried, but was not able to produce a safe Gluten Free meal for me. They said the salads were gluten free- well, one has crunchy chow main noodles and another has blue cheese (which could contain gluten). Then, they said they could make any sandwich gluten free with a lettuce wrap. I asked about the sauce- they use Worcestershire that is processed in the same facility as wheat. It also has Carmel color and it doesn’t specifically say gluten free on the bottle. I asked about the spices and they said they are all gluten free, but I wasn’t able to see the ingredients. They really did try, but I would not say this place is safe for someone with Celiac Disease. My gluten free tester found gluten present on the tritip. I had it made without the Worcestershire sauce too.
