This restaurant had a gluten friendly menu. The wait staff seemed to be knowledgeable. The only issue was regarding the dressing for my salad. They asked me if I would be OK with a gluten containing outside product as a salad dressing. I said absolutely not. They did come up with a vinaigrette version that was gluten-free. I had their beef dip. It was good but not amazing. It lacked a little flavor. The bun was OK. They do not have a dedicated fryer. Overall, I would go to this restaurant again.

A really good menu and the staff take gluten free very seriously.

Manager brings out meals with dietary concerns. Looks like they take it seriously. I didn’t get sick from my meal. I have celiac. Ask for the GF menu. I was too nervous to try the desserts - with all the flour around when they bake the cakes I didn’t want to chance it.

Manager will bring out allergy meals. Eaten here several times with no issues (celiac).

Freshly diagnosed celiac. Server was conscious of celiac limitations and helped pick the right meal. My food came separately and was properly handled, in my limited experience.
After eating I feel fine!

The waitress was very knowledgeable about the menu options (gluten free menu available) and the kitchen manager came to double check the order as my wife also has a shellfish allergy. Lots of food options, a beer and a cider available and two desserts available. Food came out separately and identified with a stick as an allergy and was very tasty. The lettuce wraps are spicy! All in all a great visit for celiac

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times did not get sick. First time had a chicken club and the second time had the lettuce wraps (both from the gluten free menu) they always bring the food with a stick that says allergy in it. I would go back again and again because it definitely feels safe to eat here.

Lots of GF options and food was delicious. My plates always came out separate from the others and had a stick in them specifying an allergy. Also, best GF beer I have ever tasted.

We go to the firestone quite often. They have a half dozen amazing options. I really love the beef dip. It's something you don't normally get! They are very good with celiac and all of the serving staff is very knowledgeable or asks if they do not know for sure.
Very tasty & lots of options! My personal fav is the buffalo ginger chicken sandwich! No dedicated fryer BUT the side salad is delicious! Even have a gf cheesecake for dessert! Yum! Service has always been excellent & gf meals are brought out separately by manager.

Had an exceptional supper and breakfast here. Staff took our dietary needs seriously. Our request for ham, fruit and avocado for breakfast was filled with pleasure. Highly recommend
This is my go to restaurant in Lethbridge when I'm looking to go out with friends or family! Most of the staff are aware of the precautions to take and if not the manager will come out to speak to you, which is very reassuring ☺
