I took my family here at my mom's request as she loves it. While standing in line I watched them use the sauce spoon to rub sauce all over regular dough. I watched every employee on the line handle dough and jam their hands in various toppings. Everything is contaminated. When it was our turn and I said I am GF I got a huge sigh and eye roll. I then started asking questions about a fresh sauce and ingredients that haven't been cross contaminated and they said they can't do that. So I watched my family eat. Do not go here if you want to even have a semblance of GF food.

While not a dedicated Gluten-free restaurant, they have two gluten free options for crusts. They will ask if it is preference or allergy and will use a dedicated staff person and dedicated tools to try to limit any cross contamination. They have preset pizza options or you can build your own. They even have a dedicated place in their pizza oven to cook your pizza and will cook your oven on a dedicated pan to MiniTruth cross contamination.
For those interested in non-pizza options they do have build your own salads.
