Had a great experience at First Watch. We had a party of 15 and they were extremely accommodating even offering separate group checks. I spoke with the server and he was very knowledgeable about gluten free options. What I really appreciate is that they offer gluten free toast (toasted in a clean pan) without an upcharge!!! That is fantastic!! It gets frustrating when a restaurant charges a ridiculous amount for 2 slices of bread (sometimes almost as much as what a 1/2 loaf of gf bread would cost in the store). They do not have gf pancakes, but had plenty of other breakfast options.
The French toast is not celiac safe. They have gluten free bread, but dip it into the same batter as gluten toast.
Safely ate breakfast here. I had the everything omlet with GF toast. I was assured there was a dedicated GF toaster. Delicious and safe. Can't ask for anything more!

This place has extremely friendly staff. They don’t have a GF menu, but are willing to accommodate gluten free. They have gluten free bread for toast and sandwiches.

Good food, a decent variety of gf options. Especially for a breakfast/brunch place. First watch is pretty good about being knowledgeable on GF options but if you get a server who doesn’t know, they have always been happy to check with the kitchen/manager who is knowledgeable.
Ordered a frittata and an omelette. Both came with GF toast at no additional cost, and they have a dedicated toaster.
Also dairy-free and was easily accommodated. Everything was delicious and filling and the cheese was not missed.
Slightly disappointed no corn-only tortillas for breakfast tacos, but what we did order was sooooo good!
The staff was great as well as the atmosphere, too!
Celiac friendly and so delicious! I always remind the waiter to tell the kitchen to change gloves, use fresh utensils, use clean pans, etc, and they did a great job. Their quinoa bowls are delicious, and they will toast the gluten-free bread separately for no cross contamination.

I told them about my gluten allergy for my gluten-free toast and they toasted it completely separate. Their food is really good. very accommodating for my allergy.
