My favorite spot for a gluten free salad for lunch. They also have gluten free bread/toast and several gluten free breakfast options.

No gluten free gluten friendly menu I the facility was told it is on line. Looked on line and their new website didn't have anywhere that I could find that was gluten free noted. Luckily I've been gluten free long enough to know what and how to order here.
No
Delicious food and friendly staff, owner is definitely gf friendly.
Come prepared. The gluten-free menu is only online- no printed in-restaurant copies. Very little is gluten-free (but many things can be specially-made upon request) and you have to be very clear with the wait staff about what allergies you have. The cafe itself and the people are very nice, but know what you need before you go in.

Be very careful eating here. So far my husband hasn't been glutened, but you really have to explain your needs. Food is okay. No dedicated gf menu or preparation area.
The staff is knowledgeable about which items are safe and take precautions with preparation. My husband always gets eggs with bacon and potatoes. They have GF toast. He has a what allergy with sensitivity to cross contamination and has never had a reaction.

I went there for the first time recently and absolutely loved it! Our server was super busy on a Sunday but still made sure to take the time to explain the gluten free items and even put gloves on when serving my gluten free toast separately. The food was delicious, I will forever dream about the million dollar bacon!

I thought a breakfast focused restaurant would have more GF options but no, not here. The bowls have gluten, the toast is CC, and even the omelettes are listed as containing wheat on their (online) menu. If you order strategically and make sure the waiter/waitress knows you have an allergy, you can come away safe.

They have gluten free toast (for no upcharge) and the menu has many naturally gluten free options. I had the AM superfood bowl which had chia pudding, fresh fruit, and homemade fruit compotes! Absolutely delicious and a great way to start my day! Food came out with an allergy stick.

I have gluten & dairy allergies and they were fantastic. My server was knowledgeable and after he submitted my order with notes for the kitchen the manager came over to talk to me. The manager's daughter has celiac so he is super passionate about allergies and cross-contamination. He explained the precautions they take in the kitchen & where there could potentially be issues depending on how sensitive I am. They do use a shared toaster to make GF toast, and he went into the kitchen to ensure mine was made in a clean pan under the broiler. He & our server checked in with me multiple times. A great experience & will definitely be back to this location.
