Waitstaff fairly knowledgeable. I got the traditional but steered clear of the gf bread after reading previous reviews and got fruit instead.

Waitstaff is knowledgeable about what is GF and what is not. Celiacs, I would not get their GF toast; my waitress told me all the toast goes in the same toaster. The allergen menu list is a little frustrating as it doesn’t break down the entrees without toast when denoting if they contain wheat. I got the skillet hash and million dollar bacon - very tasty. Waitress said they change gloves and use new utensils/cleaned prep space for celiac orders.

Have eaten this several times here and comes gluten free every time on Nima. Nice place for gluten free brunch. Nima tested. I get quinoa protein bowl and house potatoes.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

I have been to First Watch twice in the last few months. First time I had the Salmon Egg Frittat. Second time I had one of the hash bows. Both were very delicious. I made sure the staff was aware of my gluten intolerance (Celiacs). Did not have any problems or side effects after eating there either time. I believe they are farore knowledgeable and accommodating.

Our server had celiac and guided us through the menu. She assured us everything was safe and that she eats here as well. Food and experience was fantastic!

No gf menu and it appeared not much is available, but the server was very helpful and said any sandwich could be ordered with gf bread.

I had a business breakfast there. I was frankly very nervous. I thought I would be eating fruit. There were a lot of great choices. My waiter was very helpful. We settled on Potatoes, Bacon and GF sauce. No sauce on the potatoes but they were great.

They have allergens marked on a tiny print, complicated pdf online. So it’s difficult ordering. First time I was there waiter wasn’t informed. Potatoes were so spicey I couldn’t eat them. No butter or jelly for toast. Second time bar tender was well informed and said they prepare things sparely. potatoes were good second time and they gave me jelly for toast which made a huge difference. I will try a third time for sure.
