The only gluten free food is potatoes, eggs, toast, french toast. They have a gluten free menu that you have to scan the qr code with your cell phone. Upon looking at that the aforementioned food is the only gf items. Unless you like quinoa power bowls then there two of those. I did order a dragon blaze drink to go and it’s delicious no it’s not alcohol. Its made with dragon fruit. Our greeter and waitress were great but unfortunately we couldn’t eat here bc of low options. In my opinion this restaurant shouldn’t be on the gluten free me app at all.
I had a great experience here! My server was knowledgeable about celiac disease and informed me that they take extra precautions to avoid cross contamination. Also gluten free bread at no extra cost is always nice :).
We had to leave after ordering our drinks because they have nothing in place for cross contamination. They have gluten free food but it’s not safe for celiac or gluten allergy unfortunately.

Like every other First Watch I've been to, the food is tasty and prepared safely. I was able to substitute GF bread with no problem, and did not get sick. Highly recommend this place.

The gluten-free toast is made in the same toaster as regular bread, and anything cooked on the grill (like hash browns or French toast made from GF bread) risks cross-contamination. Even the eggs and meats are cooked nearby, raising concerns of gluten contact. The only thing I felt safe eating was the fresh fruit.
Never had any issues with my orders. Plenty of choices, great food and just over all one of my favorite go to‘s.
Both times I've been there, I've been able to order the avacado toast on GF bread. The waiters I've had have understood celiac well and had answers to my questions before I even finished asking them! I loved that my food came with an 'allergy' pick in it as well.
I ordered the ham and gruyere omelet. They took precautions because I felt okay afterwards. However, service was horrible! They weren't busy when we came in and plenty of waitresses were working. 3 people came in and were served before us. They waitress had a terrible attitude.
Allergen menu not super user friendly. Our server told us there is GF bread and any sandwhcu/ toast/ French toast can be made with it. She did put an allergen note on our order and with a view of the kitchen we saw glovegloves being changed.
