A pretty average breakfast. I had the healthy Turkey omelette and let the server know about my allergy needs. The food came out with some crumbs of another meal on them. I told the server and the manager came over and apologized, had my meal remade, and refunded me completely. They do seem to have some allergy standards in place, but I don’t think they follow them very well. The food wasn’t really good enough for me to want to eat there again, but my second meal was safe.

They don’t have a separate menu or GF items marked, but they did have an allergen list that was provided to me. It was super helpful. They also have gluten free bread option, which was tasty!

Celiac- We enjoyed our meal so much and no cross contamination. I was able to have French Toast and it was delicious! We will definitely be back!

I am celiac and the waitstaff have always been very helpful and conscientious of my allergy. I always forgo bread but if you do, make sure they are not using a common toaster. I know that happens at some places. Always had a safe breakfast here.

To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
