My Fiance and I came here the other day for the first time and I have to say I loved the experience. I have celiac and when I told the waitress she reassured me that the kitchen takes extra precautions for cross contamination and the menu… just about everything on the menu can be swapped with gluten free bread and made gluten free. I will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I went here for breakfast. I told the waiter I had celiac disease and that I needed a GF menu they brought me a very confusing document that when I scanned the QR code Gabe me an even more confusing website. It took us 30 minutes to order and then another 1.5 hours to get food. Only to get get massively cross contaminated. Horrible experience. Not even water was brought out while we waited. Waiter took our order and disappeared.

I had the bacado with gf toast! I was so fresh and delicious! The waitress was well versed in Celiac restrictions. Would eat here every morning for breakfast if I could.

I’ve never had an issue going to First Watch. I’ve had their avo toast and variety of different omelettes. It’s a decent breakfast place.

I love it! Best breakfast in St. George. I ordered the bacoda omlette with hashbrowns, both of which were cooked on separate pans. The wait staff(Matt) was very knowledgeable about GF, Celiac disease, & CC. I will make this place a regular stop❤

Yummy! Said they could make almost everything gf. Prepare food in the same area but was told they are careful and wipe things down. Gf toast available.

Lots of gluten free options, however they do have a note on their menu that cross contamination is a possibility, so if you are severe celiac this is not the place for you, but as a person with moderate gluten intolerance I did just fine
To start off, I have been to First Watch many times with and without my family (who eat gluten-free), and every single time the staff has been accommodating and very friendly.
They have plenty of gluten-free breakfast options with foods that are inherently gluten-free (eggs, bacon, fruit, etc.). You can substitute any bread on the menu for gluten-free bread, including the french toast! They always ask if you have a gluten allergy to make sure the kitchen accommodates you.

I am bummed. Food was delicious but my stomach is paying bad. I told the server I was extremely allergic to gluten and she seemed understanding. I shouldn't have came here. ☹ it's things like this that make me never feel safe eating out. I know there is a warning with it being a chain but at other locations I haven't had a problem.

My daughter has Celiac and I’m gf. They prepare allergy meals in a separate area of the kitchen. She ordered gf French toast and it came out seperately and marked. Our server was very knowledgeable, but others there were not. It has now been a couple of hours since we went and my daughter and I both feel good with no signs of being glutened.

They are very considerate when I order gluten free bread for toast and inform them of my allergies. I'm sure other locations might be less kind but this one is great.
Cross contact is possible I'm sure, but I believe they car enough to make some effort

Decent brunch food. Whenever I mention gluten free they know what I'm talking about and seem to be careful. I feel a bit rushed though, they usually give us the check before we're halfway done with the food.
