They don't have a GF menu but when I asked about it the waitress told me they do have a QR code that you can easily scan to get allergen info about the dishes.. this did make things a little more complicated/lengthy and I felt rushed when deciding what I wanted to order. She was knowledgeable but I did have to ask about GF French toast rather than her just telling me when I asked about the GF menu. I'm not a very critical person but I do get anxiety so I feel like it could be made alot less complicated than what it is. Overall the food was delicious and we just ate so I can't determine if I was "glutened" or not just yet, but I will if I have any issuees.

Excellent service. Assured me my food would be prepped, cooked, and served by same person. They take all "allergies &/or intolerances" seriously . The food was excellent. Very glad to find a "healthy" local restaurant that I can eat at.

Overall a good experience. No gluten free menu but allergen list. I tested my food to make sure and came back safe. I had toast with jam, fruit, bacon and fried potatoes. There are more egg options but unfortunately me and eggs don’t like each other lol. I was told that most items on the menu can be made gluten-free.

Have a separate gluten free menu. Waiter was awesome and talked through their allergen procedures! All good came out marked and was yummy.

Staff was great and knowledgeable! Very delish and didn’t get sick!!
I ate here today. I asked for a gluten free menu and was given a nutrition menu to download. The menu had gluten or wheat under almost everything because toast or bread was involved. It was impossible to know if any other ingredients had gluten. I was left with the menu to download. Finally I spoke to the manager. He said it was a corporate decision to not mark on the menu what could be made gluten free. There were 2 items that stated gluten free. I asked about a specialty item that was gluten free but had to speak to him to determine this. He did comp my lunch and was cordial. I explained that if a corporation made it that difficult that I would be eating where the menu is marked. They made it too difficult to eat here. I was not glutened. I ordered shrimp and grits. It was a miserable lunch that made me feel like a weirdo for asking to protect my health.

My waitress asked if the request for no gluten was a preference or allergy. I informed her of having celiac . This is not a dedicated gluten-free restaurant so they CAN NOT guarantee against cross contamination. The cook did however made sure to change gloves an cook my food in separate plans. He did not toast my gluten free bread to lower the risk of cross contamination.

It was a bit disappointing. I appreciate that they have GF bread and they offer a QR code on menu for those with dietary issues. Scanned code and basically EVERYTHING on the menu has wheat. What I don’t know and the waitress was really no help…is if the wheat was merely in the bread or was it in the actual dish. I ended up with 2 eggs, breakfast potatoes, bacon and a piece of gf toast. I had no gluten reaction so I’ll take it as a win. Just wish restaurants were more informed of their food.

I’ve always had great experiences here. They have gluten free bread you can sub for regular and they also offer oat milk for coffee if you’re lactose intolerant. The staff has always been quite knowledgeable about gluten free. This is one of my regular breakfast places, I don’t know why the reviews are so bad…
