Food really tasty. GF bread. I’m not celiac, so I’m not sure about cross-contamination.
First Watch offers Gluten Free toast, and they will make Gluten Free French toast. Some of the servers ask if it’s “an Allergy” (which it isn’t if you have Celiac) but it makes me think they note it on the order and try to avoid cross contamination It’s not great, but since I loath eggs breakfast dining out can be challenging, so First Watch is a good option

They had great service and had an allergy sheet of what has gluten and what not. There were not many options for gluten free people. They did understand my celiac and they have gluten free bread. The service was good, but not a lot of food choices.

They don't have dedicated kitchen or grill space, I suggested an omlet cooked in a clean skillet. They said they would do their best. I've been to other First Watch's that were very accommodating, does not seem to be as well standardized as some chains like PF Changs. Would not consider at least this particular First Watch Celiac safe.

They don’t have a gluten free menu but they can make you a gluten free meal. The waiter said they will cook the food in a separate pan. I had eggs, bacon, potatoes and gluten free toast and no reaction.
