Waitress told to pick whatever I wanted from the menu and she’d tell me how they can make it GF. She said there is a separate toaster and they’ll use different utensils (even though the menu said otherwise). I got the traditional breakfast (eggs, bacon, potatoes, GF toast). It was great! And no up charge for GF toast
Several decent selections for breakfast/lunch and good safety measures. GF bread/toast available for breakfast or sandwiches, and they said can do gf French toast with it (which we haven’t tried). I asked about butter and they said gf toast always comes no-butter, which made me happy for kitchen safety. Eggs and bacon were good, and lots of gf omelet options. Grain bowls also gf using quinoa.
Allergen menu not super user friendly. Our server told us there is GF bread and any sandwhcu/ toast/ French toast can be made with it. She did put an allergen note on our order and with a view of the kitchen we saw glovegloves being changed.
Food was great and super friendly service
I was assured by the waitress that all safety precautions are made for Celiac customers. I was told they have a dedicated area for preparing food for customers with Celiac and food allergies. They use a dedicated toaster for gf toast. I had a veggie omelet, fruit, and toast. Potatoes are prepared on a grill also used foods with gluten. I felt fine after eating there.
