Review of First Watch

My server was very accommodating and answered all my questions (I didn’t have too many as I already had specific dishes in mind). They have gluten free bread that is stored apart from the regular bread but all the bread is placed into the same toaster. (This is the reason for 4/5 stars instead of 5/5) I substituted my bread for fruit with my hash dish. Excellent food, did not get sick and felt confidence in the wait staff to properly accommodate me.
