Very friendly and helpful. We told the cashier that this was an "allergy order" and that my daughter was extremely sensitive to cross contamination. We asked that they change their gloves and prepare her food on a dedicated surface, and they were happy to accomodate. The cashier told me that two members of her family had Celiac, so she understood our precautions. The fries are made in a dedicated fryer. My daughter loved her lettuce-wrapped burger and fries, and had no reaction.
Yes
Love the fries and burger bowl. They were very careful and changed their gloves for my meal prep.
Yes
Never gotten sick with their fries because that is all they cook in their fryer. Can't give them 5 stars cuz I'd love it if they'd offer gluten free buns. Who wants a burger on lettuce?????
I love going here. The only thing that goes in their fryer is French Fries so I can eat them. They are so good!!! I get a lettuce wrapped burger and have never had a reaction. They will change out their gloves for an "allergy burger"...
Yes
Got a lettuce wrap burger and fries, both were delicious and had no gluten symptoms! 10/10

I visited based on reviews and I was really craving fries. When I got to the counter, I mentioned that I had a gluten allergy and the person helping me didn’t respond like she knew what I meant. Then I asked what precautions they took for food prep and she said the employees change their gloves but that was about it. I could see that each burger was on its own foil but then I watched someone smear mayonnaise on a bun then put the utensil back in the Mayo tub. I asked about the fries, if the fryer was dedicated. She looked at me like I had lost my marbles. I explained cross contamination and she finally said that nothing else is fried in the fryer. So I ordered fries, no burger. But then saw that employees were handling the fries with their (gloved) hands. I flagged someone down and asked if they changed gloves to handle allergy foods. She assured me that the fry person was the only one that touched the fries and they didn’t handle the other food but quickly said she would change her gloves and get my fries. She said food allergies are very important to them and they take it seriously. All that to say, I think it matters who takes your order but I’m not sure I would jump at the chance to eat here again, for a burger at least. Fries were delicious.

Nice and helpful staff who are always professional. Clean facility. Standard Five Guys wait times and food, which I guess is the highest compliment one can give a fast casual chain. Haven’t gotten sick from any Five Guys location ever.

My husband told the person at the register we had a gluten allergy on two of the burgers we ordered. They always put them in a separate bag. When my husband got home all the burgers were in one bag and mine had cheese even after my husband said no dairy. I called the manager Avery and he said “sorry, we are so busy “ He offered to remake it, but living 20 minutes away, we just threw it in the trash. So disappointed. The places I xan safely eat at are becoming less and less. Not sure why management doesn’t take an extra 10 minutes to train employees. Grrrrr.
