There was no gluten free bun and the fries were soggy and salty. I had to eat a slab of meat with a few slices of tomatoes... I am not very fond of this cuisine but I was somewhat underwhelmed.
Yes
This is the place to go on state St if you want fries. All the fryers are dedicated solely to fries - they don't have anything else fried on the menu. Get a burger on lettuce and let them know you have an allergy, they do take precautions to minimize cross contamination. As far as I know all the toppings are gluten free too. Love this place, good quality and never gotten sick here.
French fries are great. They use fryer with peanut oil only for fries. Changed gloves and didn't use old scoop, used new paper cups instead to prevent cross contamination. Fries are safe bet here.
Stopped here during a family vacation and it was great. My son has celiac's and the workers knew exactly what to do. There is no bun for the hamburger but he was able to have french fries which he loved! Burgers tasted great too!

Fries are 100% gluten free!
Ask to have your burger wrapped in lettuce.. let them know of GF needs. They have always done a great job for me! Never have gotten sick. I am Celiac.
Yes
Asked about gluten free and employees looked nervous. Chose not to eat here.
Excellent burgers, amazing fries! Small number of options, but they do them well. Everything is gluten free except the buns, which are located in a different area of the counter than the rest of the food. Everything is cooked in peanut oil, so those with peanut allergies should look elsewhere.
They were extra careful when k mentioned celiac. Gloves changed, new area to make my lettuce wrap burger and it came flagged. Only fries go in fryer

As of 5/9/24…. Currently under construction but usually these are great places to go (get a lettuce wrap or bowl and tell them you have an “allergy” and they will be careful and change gloves). They only fry fries so they are safe. Hope they are back soon!

The only thing they fry are potatoes No seasonings on meats, dedicated side for the meat versus the buns No GF bun but they do offer lettuce wrap, and a bowl option No sauce or additives on grilled vegetables. Only cross-contamination I saw was when building the hamburgers. But very willing to change gloves.

Went here before leaving on a trip. BIG MISTAKE! The lady at the register had a blank stare as we tried to explain to her my Celiac/severe gluten allergy. She spoke to the cook in Spanish. He nodded and said ok, no gluten. Within 10 minutes of eating I could tell I had been glutened. Made my trip miserable but it was my fault. I should have not eaten it. I’m new to this and am still naive to believe people will understand.
