Great experience! As soon as I requested no bun, I was asked if there was an allergy. I said yes, my son has gluten allergy. His order was put on a separate ticket and they changed gloves for his food prep and wrapped it all separately. Love that they only fry fresh gut fries so those are also safe for him. No reaction!

Ask multiple times to confirm it's an allergy. Show you they are changing gloves. Since they only fry French fries they are safe!

Exactly as they advertise, great burger fast food place that really understand gluten free. The open kitchen showed you as they all changed their gloves and wrapped my burger in lettuce rather than a bun! Recommend.

Everything here is gf except the bread! Easy to order and the food is great especially on the go

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
