Robbert the manager was so kind. He was familiar with celiac and took great care to make sure are fries stayed gluten free. Cook and bag my order himself and changed and put on gloves. Robbert told me they have procedures in place to prevent cross contamination. Dedicated fryer, change out gloves, dedicated preparation area for gluten free prep and food is separate from all others. They don't have a gluten free bun but a lettuce bun option. They felt very safe which is such a great feeling for a mama trying to keep her celiac kids safe. Definitely recommend at least for fries if not more.
