I've eaten here twice. The first time was great however like Five Guys are supposed to ask if it's an allergy when you order a lettuce wrap, they didnt. I had to tell them repeatedly. I ordered lettuce wrapped cheeseburger, fries, and coffee milkshake. I felt fine afterwards. The second time they didn't ask about allergies again. I told them it was due to an allergy. I ordered the same as last time but made the shake chocolate. This time they also put my burger in a separate bag, which they didn't before. I did however get pretty horribly sick about 20 minutes after eating. So I wouldn't say this particular Five Guys is safe. Something clearly happened with cross contamination/contact.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
