Typical disclaimers apply - it’s a chain, risk of cross-contamination with buns, limited menu.
But we had a good experience here, order taker was on top of things, said they automatically change gloves for allergy orders. Definitely worth asking about glove change to be sure.
Fries are a bit salty but plentiful, burgers are tasty as usual. Bathrooms a bit tired.

Always feel safe when I eat here. I get a lettuce wrapped burger with fries and have never had issues. Great quick option!

Husband and I (both celiac - he’s symptomatic, I’m not) ate just one order of fries together. We told the employee about having a gluten allergy and asked them to change their gloves. Unfortunately husband was glutened, so we won’t be going back.

The Plattsburgh crew is attentive and diligent when it comes to precautions. Both lettuce wraps or burger-in-bowl options are available and the fries are completely gluten free -- the fryer is for fries exclusively. I was told they assume celiac or a gluten allergy whenever a lettuce wrap or bowl option is ordered. The same holds true for ordering online or through their app. As an added precaution when ordering online, I always add "Gluten Free" to my first name so it's obvious: Gluten Free Mary, Gluten Free Bob, etc. I've never had an issue here, thankfully.

When I mentioned I was gluten free they assured me the burgers are cooked on a dedicated grill and fries in a dedicated fryer. They washed their hands and changed their gloves often while making my order and put the fries in their own bag, just in case the bottom of the burger foil had cross contamination on it.

They had some familiarity with gluten restrictions. I told them I had an allergy and asked them to prep the burger on a separate surface. She also said she’d change her gloves before prepping.
