I love their food but I got sick here once. Not sure what happened because it was only once but I haven't been back.
They were so great. Separate stuff for my daughter and it seemed like almost a normal thing they do for people. Felt very at ease.
Great job on the cross contamination issues. They use the boat to keep your patties separate from the others even though they still cook the buns on a separate griddle. They even have me extra fries!
** Reviews are for fries only**
2/20/24 Got a large order of the cajun fries only, very good but i liked the fries without seasoning better. No symptoms after.
10/2/23My non-celiac husband was getting a burger and fries, and based off of the other reviews, I decided to try the fries myself. The employees were super friendly. I ordered 1 order of the little fries not seasoned- they were phenomenal! I did not get sick
I go here often and the staff are very well trained on Celiac and allergies. I love that I can safely eat the fries as they’re the only thing fried there. So good!
It’s very pricy but they offered me a burger in a bowl or a lettuce wrap for my burger. That’s about as gluten free as they are. I’m new to this so I’m a bit disappointed
— No gluten-free information on the menu
— Not Much/None
The cashier asked if it was a preference or an allergy. Proceeded to let the next person know who changed their gloves and made my food. I had a lettuce wrapped burger. The food was very safe. They only fry fries in their fryer. This place would not be safe if you have a peanut allergy. There are big bags of peanuts to snack on while you wait for your food.
Yes, the Rio Rancho location is very diligent when making the gf Lettuce Rap hamburgers. Just let them know and they will clear/ clean the prep area and change out gloves. My daughter, who has Celiacs, never has an issue coming here.
