Felt very safe eating here. They are very aware of celiac and what needs to be done to make sure it’s safe. Everyone changed gloves and counters were wiped down. Did not get sick.

I had a good experience at another Five Guys location so I tried this one. I told them that I had Celiac when I ordered a bunlesss burger and fries. Even though they did change their gloves, I got very very sick after eating here so there were definitely cross contamination issues. I will not risk it ever again. So not worth it!

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
