Consistently amazing! They take the allergy seriously at this location. Never get sick.

No bun but can get lettuce wrapped or in a bowl. Still very delicious and the only thing in their fryers are french fries. They use peanut oil and have loose peanuts. Never had an issue here. They call out there's an allergy and most times the person who takes your order, makes it. In the few times when they don't, you can see where your order is at in the line when you see the gloves change!

Love this place! Burger and fries no fail
Yes
This particular Five Guys has never failed us. Staff is very well trained on allergies. Burgers can be ordered in a bowl or in a lettuce wrap and Five Guys' fries are gluten free. When you order GF at any Five Guys the cashier yells "ALLERGY! Allergy on the table!" So, if you don't hear this, you should be afraid and double check your order!
Yes
Great burgers and fries!! No buns available, but burger gets wrapped in ice burg lettuce .

So for the first time, I decided to get a burger on a lettuce "bun" from Five Guys! I go there all the time for fries and have never had a reaction, so when the cashier asked if I wanted anything and I said "oh it's okay, I have Celiac Disease so I can't have buns!" She replied, "Oh honey, we take pride in how well we take care of our allergy prone customers! Get a lettuce bun or a bowl and I will make sure gloves are changed!" Not only did I order the burger with her, she made it herself and hand delivered the bag to me like it was a package of gold! I am so happy with the service AND it is delicious!!! 😍🙌🏻🍟🍔 I can't wait to go back, with a card to thank her!
Yes
They were extra careful when k mentioned celiac. Gloves changed, new area to make my lettuce wrap burger and it came flagged. Only fries go in fryer

As of 5/9/24…. Currently under construction but usually these are great places to go (get a lettuce wrap or bowl and tell them you have an “allergy” and they will be careful and change gloves). They only fry fries so they are safe. Hope they are back soon!

The only thing they fry are potatoes No seasonings on meats, dedicated side for the meat versus the buns No GF bun but they do offer lettuce wrap, and a bowl option No sauce or additives on grilled vegetables. Only cross-contamination I saw was when building the hamburgers. But very willing to change gloves.

Went here before leaving on a trip. BIG MISTAKE! The lady at the register had a blank stare as we tried to explain to her my Celiac/severe gluten allergy. She spoke to the cook in Spanish. He nodded and said ok, no gluten. Within 10 minutes of eating I could tell I had been glutened. Made my trip miserable but it was my fault. I should have not eaten it. I’m new to this and am still naive to believe people will understand.
