Like every Five Guys I’ve been to, this one follows the same protocol if you say the magic words: “I have a bun allergy.” They swing right into the same procedure and you get safe food. Including FRIES!

It is awesome, but There is not gluten free bread, meat ball services in bowl.( Glutensiz yemek isteyenler için hamburger ekmeyi olmadan aliminyum tabakta -bowl- ile servis yapılıyor. Glutensiz ekmek yok, ama köftesi harika,)

When you order in store they always ask if you have an allergy so that they handle the food differently. I order here all the time. I've never had an issue.

Fries are gluten free (nothing but potatoes go into the fryer), and burgers are grilled on a separate cooktop and with separate, clearly marked utensils from buns. Burgers can be served lettuce-wrapped or in a bowl. Almost all shakes are GF (just not Oreo or Reese’s mix-ins), so you may be able to get away with asking the staff to wipe down the shake blender wand to avoid cross contact.

Staff is moderately aware of gluten and food allergies. They’re happy to answer questions about condiments and food prep methods.

As long as you tell them you have an allergy they will change their gloves and you can eat the French fries too which is always hard to find when out

Every time my partner and I have been here, they communicate throughout the entire kitchen that they are making a burger with a gluten allergy. They use the same level of care whether they are busy or dead. Wonderful staff

I went in because I was recommended to get the burger without the bun and the fries. I have an intolerance to gluten but cross contamination is NOT an issue for me. I ordered and she asked if I wanted a lettuce wrap and I said yes. She then asked specifics on whether it was choice or allergy and I told her cross contamination was fine. They looked clean and the lady at the counter knew about cross contamination. Over all great experience. They was cleaning the tables as people left also. Which had been rare in fast food these days.

I recommend 5 guys! Order the burger in the bowl with no bun. I even got the fries! It’s the only fast food option around for me that I can find.
