So the cashier knew nothing. She got her manager who literally rolled her eyes at me. She walked off as I was trying to explain my disease and started cooking other things. I ordered for my kids and they loved their food when we got home with it. I noticed that the bun grill and burger grill were separate but right next to each other and spatulas were shared. That’s a big “no” for celiacs. Not safe.

I got a burger bowl and fries, requested that they changed gloves when handling my food (but didn't watch to see if they really did) and I didn't get sick from my meal. I'm sensitive enough to not be able to pick a few stray croutons off my salad, so they did something right. The fries are cooked in peanut oil and they don't have anything else fried on menu; I've read they have a dedicated burger grill. I enjoyed the food prior to being GF, and I think I'll be able to enjoy it now.

I am a very cautious celiac, but based on other positive reviews of this chain I decided to give it a try. I let my server know about my condition and he took care of everything. They know to change their gloves, and the buns are kept on a separate side of the grill to prevent cross contamination. I got (and enjoyed) the lettuce wrapped burger with fries. I even waited to post this review so I can definitely say I didn’t get glutened! Just let your server know you need gluten free preparations, and you’re good to go!

First- tell them you need GF, don’t just order the the lettuce wrap. If you tell them they make sure the person touching the buns doesn’t touch your food. If you get the lettuce wrap “all the way” it’s going to be messy but delicious! I love it because I can get the fries too! Some of the young kids at the register don’t know what Celiac’s is but if you explain the cross contamination issue they get it and make sure the people on the line do too!

Decided to try because I heard they make burgers with lettuce “buns”. As soon as I told the person ringing us up that I wanted lettuce instead of a bun she said “preference or allergy?” It was on the receipt, she told everyone cooking, and they were just so great. It was pretty delicious. I didn’t have a single reaction of any kind. Excited!

This place is one of my go to places! When it comes to food allergies, the crew here is great! There are multiple options for those that require a gluten free diet, and cross contamination precautions are taken as soon as food allergy is mentioned. *Note: If a peanut allergy is the problem, then this is not the place for you as they serve peanuts and use peanut oil. The employees here are great. They have great attitudes and personalities. They're always a lot of fun to be around! The place is pretty clean. The kitchen is open and easy to observe. The dining area is large with plenty of group seating. The bathrooms have been clean each time I've used them. This is a great place to catch a delicious burger even with food allergies!

I eat here all of the time & have never gotten sick! Staff very knowledgeable. If you order your burger with no bun they are quick to ask if it’s an allergy or preference before you even mention gluten allergy/celiac! I recommend lettuce wrapped burgers/hot dogs (super tasty) but they will also do a burger in a bowl! Fries are safe as well! Only things that aren’t GF are the buns, hp sauce & malt vinegar!
