Fries are amazing and gluten free and because they only fry potatoes there’s no cross contamination. They will mark your burger as an allergy and take precautions as well as wrap it in lettuce for you.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.
