Great staff! Changed gloves without asking to prepare lettuce wrap burgers and handled our food separately.

Five guys is always a safe option with burger on a lettuce bowl. Watched them wash hands and change gloves - only fries are cooked in peanut oil so enjoy them!

I've eaten at Five Guys loads of times in the past, but my first visit since my celiac diagnosis was fantastic. When I ordered my burger bunless, they asked if it was for an allergy, and didn't make me feel weird or shameful at all about it. Super happy and grateful I can still enjoy Five Guys!

Excellent! You can get your burger in a bowl or wrapped in lettuce. The only gluten containing item on the menu are the buns. Enjoy the French fries!!

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
