I have eaten there twice while traveling to Jackson and have never had a problem. I have always explained my allergies even if they seem knowledgeable. The greatest tool a celiac has is their voice...

Five Guys is generally a good choice for Celiacs because the only gluten in the kitchen is the hamburger/hot dog buns. If you tell them you have a gluten allergy, everyone will change their gloves. You have to order the "bunless" option (comes in a tinfoil bowl) but you can eat the fries. Good option when you need something quick.

We stopped they took goo care to ensure my wife buger was cook gluten free in a bowl. Fries are always good.

Order taker asks about allergy and informs cook staff. I like that I can see them following the protocols (change gloves, clean grill, etc). Dedicated french-fry fryer. Good food.

Refused to even serve me they said they can’t prevent any cross contamination even though the only gluten containing item in this location is the buns. Wouldn’t change gloves or utensils or anything just told me no.
